I think I've been fairly lumped into the "Grinch" grouping in terms of approaching Christmas. I think Christmas is disgustingly commercial and preys on rabid American commercialism. Rather than seeing much of any sort of 'holiday spirit' people spend their days being upset while shopping in massive crowds and never doing anything for anyone that needs any help.

As an example, like "x" likes to ruin her Christmas, and the lives of everyone else in the house, if something goes awry, like snow storms canceling flights. Really, it is winter, and snow happens.

In my opinion, Christmas seasons starts off as bad, and can only become worse.
