Whenever you begin a new era of your life; whether it be attending school, new job or new house, one of the first explorations is to find the appropriate place for the more involved bathroom breaks.
There are many aspects that deserve consideration; cleanliness and solitude being my top two, but distance, likelihood of availability and chance of crossing paths with a coworker are certainly worth consideration as well.
The internship has me there fairly early in the morning, which has effected my personal cycle of quiet time, which used to strike right after breakfast and three quarters of the way through coffee. As a man who would prefer to do business at home, it is very inconvenient to have to scurry around to find the appropriate receptical for my uncertain deposit.
I have settled into a routine, but it is not one I am greatly pleased with; the bathroom has been frequented by bums. Ideally, my body will adapt and force its hand about four hours earlier, before I bike into work.
