I haven't been particularly good with this blog recently, but I am guessing it has something to do with the confusing nature of my experiences of late, which have somehow sapped my limited creative impulses to something that resembles absolutely absent.

But whatever. Sam posted a blog about his recent mountain bike ride. Suffice it to say, I really love mountain biking. It combines exercise, the outdoors and heart pumping fun in a manner that I think most would enjoy. We might have an extending riding group of seven. Pretty decent.

Also notably, I am without a real road bike and I really want one. Commuting is killing me and the bike I'm riding on is probably one of the nicest and smoothest bikes I've owned, but it is not cutting it. Someday.

Figuratively, the group has given great efforts towards getting addicted to cigarettes. Some five packs later I think we've worn out our supplies and there is little to not interest in picking it up as a hobby. Don't judge.

Mountain Biking is very fun, I'd rather be hooked on it than cigarettes. Sure, one might say that the distinction is obvious but, darn it, we tried it and are now in the position to make statements based on evidence rather than conjecture. We win twice. Still certainly, don't judge.

Don't smoke cigarettes! It sucks. Trust the word of someone who smoked for three years. It is not a pleasant experience. That's why I quit.
