So far, this term has been an exercise on how many things can go wrong. One of the classes I was supposed to take and is mandatory for my PPPM degree. When this went AWOL, I settled on a research idea, contacted a professor who dragged me along for two weeks before dropping it altogether.
Which isn't a big deal. Only I need 12 credits to keep my campus job and I don't have that. I approached other professors as well, but now most think the term has moved along too far.
Worst-case scenario I'm out of my job and am only taking a handful of credits, which isn't horrible, but certainly annoying. After hours of waiting outside doors, I've got nothing to show and I'd like to extend my thanks to the PPPM department and the U of O in general. |
